Provide the client with final as-built drawings that reflect any deviations or adjustments made from the original plans during construction.

6. Ensure System Testing and Commissioning

Verify that all systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.) have been tested, commissioned, and are functioning according to design specifications.

Ensure all health and safety hazards have been addressed and confirm that the site is safe for handover, including clear signage, secure fixtures, and hazard-free walkways.

9. Perform Final Client Walkthrough

Arrange a walkthrough with the client to review completed work, explain functionality, and address any final questions or concerns.
