A Benefits Health Check Assessment is an independent assessment to assess the overall well-being and performance of the project benefits. The Health Check answers the following key questions:
1. Are we investing in the right projects and programmes?
2. Are we realising the return on investment and benefits?

Answer each question in the 10 categories, The graph and summary table will automatically update based on question responses and an overall Benefits Project Health Score will be generated.

The Health score will be:
Low Risk if overall score is = or > 3
Medium Risk if overall score = or >2 and <3
High Risk if score <2. High Risk Benefits require immediate corrective action to bring back on track
