A P3 Assessment is a framework that assesses and measures if P3 structure exists in the current organisation and/or if a P3 should be adopted by an organisation.  
A P3 provides the structure, governance, functions and services required for defining a balanced portfolio of change, supporting decision making and ensuring consistent delivery of programmes and projects across an organization.
