A P3O Assessment is a framework that assesses and measures if P3O structure exists in the current organisation and/or if a P3O should be adopted by an organisation.  
A P3O provides the structure, governance, functions and services required for defining a balanced portfolio of change, supporting decision making and ensuring consistent delivery of programmes and projects across an organization.
